You must be twenty-one years of age to purchase wine from OWC. In submitting your order, you represent that you are at least twenty-one years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least twenty-one years old. Adult signature is required for the receipt of all orders placed with OWC.
Due to the current legal shipping restrictions, a number of states are not available in our Online Store. In that case please contact us at 1-888-326-9463 so that we can work on an alternate solution.
All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine order.
SHIPPING AND SAVING
We use recycled corrugated cardboards as shipping containers. For an optimal utilization of resources please order preferrably 3, 6 or 12 bottles (However, 1 and 2 bottles containers are also available).
You will get the best deal for your shipping charges with a 12 bottle order, which will also bring you a substantial discount :
6 bottles (mixed) get 5% discount
12 bottles (mixed) get 10% discount!
36 bottles (mixed) get 15% discount!
In addition, 12 bottles or more of the same wine get our special additional 5% discount!
And our Sampler Packs feature discounts ranging from 17 to 28% !
The shipping charges will appear on the left hand side of the Shopping Cart, including UPS charges and a modest $5 fee to cover the package and handling costs.
TRANSIT TIME
Average transit times for delivery of your order range from 3 to 7 days for the western states to 5 to 10 days for the eastern states. Hawai and Alsaka are by default sent by 2nd Day Air.
After you have placed your order, you will receive by email :
1. An order confirmation
2. A credit card processing confirmation
3. A shupping confirmation by UPS with a tracking number which allows you to follow the progression of your shipment through the tracking System at UPS.com.
